We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Tutu Maniac LLC. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.
Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our business, all services rendered are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge within 48hrs. Management has the right to approve or deny all refunds.
The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed), and not due to a party-goers refusal up service . In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management or a the owner. You have 48 hours to contact Tutu Maniacs to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 3-5 business days past initial service date.
All party deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another date within 90 days.
Reservations
You may request a reservation by calling the store at (404) 939-0708 via our website. Your request will be scheduled based on store availability. Your request IS NOT APPROVED until you receive confirmation from Tutu Maniacs. A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation and it will be kept on file for future reservations.
