Refunds/Cancellations/Exchange Policy

Our Service Guarantee

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Tutu Maniac LLC. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed. 

Refunds

Due to the  custom nature of our business, all services rendered are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge within 48hrs. Management has the right to approve or deny all refunds.

The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed),  and not due to a party-goers refusal up service .  In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management or a the owner. You have 48 hours to contact Tutu Maniacs to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction.  Corrective services will not be allowed 3-5 business days past initial service date.

All party deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another date within 90 days.

Right to Refuse Service

Tutu Maniacs  reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.

Return Policy

We are happy to return any retail products you purchased within 7 days of original purchase. No cash value is given however an in store credit will be issued in the same value as the original purchase.

 

On custom items, birthday parties, and services, all sales are final. No refund, or exchange will be given.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that due  covid-19, illness, family emergencies or just having a  busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us. 

In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule at least 7 days prior to your birthday party appointment. For all other services we as that you notify us within 24hrs of your appointment date.

​ If an appointment is re-scheduled 3 individual times within the 24 hour window you may be placed on a walk-in basis only and will no longer be able to book online.

This allows us ample time to fill the appointment  should you need to cancel your service. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the start of your service, will result in a $50 fee or up to 100% of the cost of services you are reserved for, and 100% of your deposit fee. The fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file to secure your reservation.

No Show

In order to respect the time of our staff and other guests, if an appointment is no showed you will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount due for services (your initial deposit will be forfeited , and you will no longer be able to book online . Please be advised if you NO Show on a Re-Do Reservation we will not be able to schedule a new reservation.

Late

All parties must begin and end on time. No exceptions. If you guest are late we will attempt to squeeze in what we can with the time allotted. Please be courteous to your Artist and other clients. If you are more than 30minutes late for your party we may have to reschedule your appointment. No refunds or discounts will be given if you are late to your party reservations.

Children

Our Children's Menu is for children under the age of 10. Children over the age of 10 are charged for full price services. 

​Tutu Maniacs is a Family Friendly Studio, However, all children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If a Child under the age of 18 is receiving a service, a consent form must be signed prior to the service is performed.

Forms of Payment

Tutu Maniacs accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Cash.  We do not accept checks, cashapp payments, cashier checks, travelers checks, money orders, or bitcoin.
